This is a Charity Trial in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

The Dowels lies between Appledore & Snargate.

Snargate is about 6 miles from Tenterden on the B2080 New Romney Road. Going towards New Romney turn left about 0.8 miles beyond Appledore Station level crossing, and half a mile before Snargate. Take the next left after another half mile, just after a lane to the right. The trials field adjoins the level crossing about a mile along this road.

Alternatively take the B2067 from Tenterden towards Ham Street, turn right to Kenardington; turn left again in Kenardington; keep left at the next junction and you will find the trials field at the level crossing after crossing the canal.
